What is the working principle of heat conduction oil furnace?

Electric heat conduction oil furnace is a new type, safe, high efficiency and energy saving, low pressure (under normal pressure or lower pressure) and can provide high temperature heat energy of special industrial furnace.

The heat conduction oil furnace system consists of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (configurable), control cabinet, hot oil pump, expansion tank, etc., which is combined into a skid block. The user only needs to access the import and export pipeline of power supply, medium and some electrical interfaces to use.

Electric heating heat conduction oil furnace is will be the electric heater directly inserted into the organic carrier (heat conduction oil) in direct heating, using circulating pump, forced heat conduction oil for liquid circulation and transfer of heat to use one or multiple heat equipment, after unloading with thermal equipment, again through the circulating pump, back to the heater, then absorb heat, heat to use equipment, so the cycle, realize the continuous transmission of heat, the heated object temperature, heating process requirement.

Heat conduction oil boiler uses circulating pump to force heat conduction oil to circulate in liquid phase and transfer heat to heating equipment. Electric heating heat conduction oil boiler has the characteristics of low pressure and high temperature. It is a new type of environmental protection industrial furnace.
