Ganjiu Liquor Industry is an enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales of soy-flavored, mixed-flavor and strong-flavor liquor. It has an annual brewing capacity of 5,000 tons and annual filling of 10,000 tons of liquor. In the process of liquor production, there are two processes that must be produced with steam. One process is fermentation and the other process is distillation. Therefore, the steam boiler is a very important equipment in the winemaking process. In 2018, in order to expand the production of the enterprise, Ganjiu Liquor Industry needed to introduce a steam boiler. After inspecting a number of boiler plants, the best ones were selected and the project was handed over to Henan Taiguo Boiler. The technical person in charge of Taiguo combined the new environmental protection policy and its actual use requirements and customized a two-pass WNS series gas steam boiler (WNS2-1.0-Q). This boiler adopts a horizontal three-pass wet-back structure, and the design of the threaded smoke tube and the additional condenser at the end makes the boiler thermal efficiency as high as 98% or more; the output is sufficient and the steam quality is high; and the advanced ultra-low nitrogen combustion at home and abroad is selected The machine, combined with the large diameter furnace, can achieve ultra-low NOx emission requirements.
