1. Maintenance method

① Boiler feed water after qualified treatment, which is to extend the life of the boiler, to ensure the safety of operation of important matters.

② The feed water temperature should be as close as possible to the furnace body temperature, above 20℃.

③ Check, maintain and clean the low-water cut-off device regularly.The water level controller should be cleaned at least once a month and the water level gauge should be washed at least once a day.Water table flushing should be at the highest water level;After flushing, the water level should not be lower than the minimum safe water level. If one rinse is not clean, multiple rinses can be carried out, and rinsed at the highest water level.

④ Regularly discharge the sewage, at least once a day (per shift), and check whether the sewage valve leaks due to the influence of sewage;Exclude if any.

⑤ When the boiler is stopped and no steam pressure is maintained, negative pressure will be generated in the steam space of the boiler and air will be trapped. Therefore, the main steam valve should be opened first when the fire is fired again.

⑥ Soot accumulation in the smoke pipe will lead to a rise in the exhaust temperature, which will reduce the efficiency of the boiler and increase the consumption of fuel. Therefore, it is necessary to open the front and back door cover regularly, brush or blow away the soot accumulation in the smoke pipe.

⑦ The boiler safety valve will not be opened during the normal automatic operation of the boiler, but it is a necessary part to ensure safety.

2. Stop the maintenance of the furnace and anti-corrosion

① After the boiler is stopped, it shall be maintained to prevent corrosion in the boiler.

② Short-term maintenance.Wet maintenance method can be adopted;That is, after stopping the furnace, the furnace water filled, the air will be all out.

③ Long-term maintenance.Dry maintenance method can be used, that is, after stopping the furnace water off, open the lower hand hole, blow dry water in the pot, and through the lower hand hole, into the desiccant, and should be regularly replaced, can start monthly inspection replacement - time, after three months.However, it should be noted that all desiccant must be removed before the boiler is activated.
