WNS series oil/gas fired steam/hot water boiler is a highly efficient, horizontal, three-pass fire-tube boiler for steam or hot water, known for its compact design, automatic control, and use of fuels like natural gas or oil, featuring a corrugated furnace for better heat transfer and modern systems for high thermal efficiency, often with condensing economizers for energy savings, making them popular in various industries.
Key Features of WNS Oil & Gas Fired Boilers:
Rated Evaporation Capacity: 0.5-20 ton/h
Structure: Horizontal, internal combustion, three-pass, wet-back fire-tube design with corrugated furnace.
Fuel: gas, oil, or dual fuels.
Efficiency: High thermal efficiency due to multi-pass flue gas flow and often incorporates condensing technology (economizer) to recover latent heat from water vapor.
Control: Fully automatic operation with advanced systems for combustion, water level, pressure, and safety interlocks (flameout, fuel leak, etc.).
Safety: Equipped with explosion-proof gates, safety interlocks, and monitoring devices.
Design: Compact, with easy access for maintenance (movable doors, manholes). With its skid-mounted base, users only need to provide water, electricity, and fuel to start the boiler immediately.
Applications: Suitable for various applications like chemical, food, paper, hotel, textile industries, and central heating.
How it Works (Simplified):
Fuel is injected into the combustion chamber by a burner, creating high-temperature smoke.
Smoke travels through the furnace (first pass) and then reverses into the first set of threaded tubes (second pass).
It then enters the second set of tubes (third pass) before exiting via the chimney, transferring heat to the surrounding water.
Condensing models use a heat exchanger (condenser) to capture heat from the exhaust gas, further boosting efficiency.
