A feed mill in Malaysia partnered with Taiguo Boiler to upgrade its steam system, seeking long-hour operation, fast load response, 

and lower energy costs. Rising diesel prices and stricter environmental regulations accelerated the shift toward biomass energy.

Taiguo Boiler supplied a 4 TPH biomass fired steam boiler (DZH4-1.25). This industrial steam boiler features a horizontal water-fire tube structure, 

a rated capacity of 4 t/h, and a working pressure of 1.25 MPa. It is designed to burn locally available biomass fuels such as wood pellets, wood chips, 

coconut shells, and agricultural residues.

The optimized furnace design ensures stable combustion with mixed fuels, delivering consistent saturated steam for accurate temperature and 

moisture control during feed processing. Low particulate emissions enable the boiler to meet local environmental standards while significantly 

reducing operating costs.
